Every time I try to scan something using my Lexmark scanning application, I get an error from Microsoft C++ Visual saying that it cannot run and is causing runtime to terminate. I have Window's Vista - do you guys think this is the problem? I have no idea what's going on.
Lexmark 2400 All-in-One giving me runtime error?
It's possible that the 2400 driver isn't compatible with Vista. I'd contact Lexmark tech support for guidance.

Reply:yes windows vista is the problem . have you check lemark web site to see if that unit is vista compatable and to check to see if there is updated drivers and software for it if there is updates for down load the updates
